1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of ayauro.com and purchases from GWEN ELIZABETH BRADLEY FUNY LLC, operating as Ayauro. Ayauro is an independent retailer of desk cable organizers, not the manufacturer unless a product page expressly states otherwise. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Information.

2. Product information

We describe products using information available to us and show the options offered for each listing. Check the product page for current dimensions, mounting method, included components, price, and options. Product photographs are illustrative of the listed item; measure your own desk and equipment before deciding whether an organizer will fit. We do not promise compatibility, capacity, material, certification, or included accessories beyond what the listing expressly states.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept it, decline it, or contact you to resolve an order or payment issue. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or shipment. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Checkout shows the available payment methods, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and order total before you submit the purchase. Payment authorization and processing are handled by the provider shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment method for the amount displayed when you submit the order. If a price or listing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the order as appropriate.

5. Shipping, delays, and cancellation

Delivery destinations, shipping charges, and estimated timing are described in our Shipping Policy and confirmed by the options shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we notify you of a material delay before shipment, you may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order; we cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has started or the package has shipped.

6. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, return shipping, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Contact us and obtain return instructions before sending an item. Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within the time stated in that policy; your bank or provider may take additional time to post the credit.

7. Site use and intellectual property

Site text, graphics, layout, and other materials are owned by Ayauro or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping and account purposes. You may not copy, exploit, interfere with, or misuse site content or attempt to disrupt the store or its security.

8. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, delivery, map, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link to a third-party service does not make that service part of Ayauro.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

The site and its content are provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation. To the extent a limitation is permitted, Ayauro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, subject always to non-waivable rights and applicable law.
