Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered. The item must be unused and undamaged and include all supplied accessories. Keep the item safely packaged while the request is reviewed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing a listed component, or materially different from its product description, contact us promptly and include the order number and clear photographs when possible. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

How to request a return

Email support@ayauro.com or call +1 (602) 685-6790 before sending anything. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and destination. Do not send items to our mailing address unless we specifically identify it as the destination for your return.

Return shipping, fees, and exchanges

For an approved eligible return, Ayauro provides a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; place a separate order if you want another item after the original return is resolved.

Refund timing

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

For an order cancelled before shipment, we initiate the refund after confirming that fulfillment has been stopped. The return inspection timing above does not apply to an unshipped cancellation.
