GWEN ELIZABETH BRADLEY FUNY LLC operates this store under the name Ayauro. Shopify hosts this store. Ayauro uses information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, respond to customers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Payment and delivery providers receive information needed for their services. The analytics or advertising technologies used on this store may change over time. Listing a type of technology here does not mean it is currently in use.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details, and information you choose to include in a support request, return request, or other communication.
Order and payment information includes the products and options ordered, transaction status, amount, currency, payment method type, and payment-provider references. Payment details are entered through the checkout provided by Shopify and the payment provider. We do not ask you to email or text a full card number, security code, password, or one-time verification code.
Device and usage information may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, language, approximate location inferred from network information, pages and links viewed, referral information, timestamps, and interactions with the store. Cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies may collect some of this information.
Support and return information includes messages and documents you send to ask a question, report a delivery issue, request a return, or exercise a privacy right.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the store; accept and administer orders; process payment; arrange delivery; provide order status and customer support; handle cancellations, returns, and refunds; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain business records; understand store performance; comply with legal obligations; and respond to privacy requests.
3. Shopify and service providers
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and store services. The payment provider selected at checkout receives the information needed to authorize or process a transaction. A delivery provider receives the information needed to deliver an order and provide tracking. We may use service providers for hosting, customer support, security, analytics, or advertising. Their role depends on the services we use. Providers process information under their own privacy terms and our service arrangements.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Necessary technologies support checkout, cart, security, network management, and requested store functions. They may operate when the store is used.
Preference technologies may remember choices such as language or region where available.
Analytics technologies may help measure site use and performance if an analytics service is used. Advertising technologies, such as advertising cookies, pixels, conversion measurement, remarketing, or personalized advertising, may be used if a related service is used on the store. The analytics or advertising technologies used on this store may change over time. Listing a type of technology here does not mean it is currently in use. Browser cookie settings may not stop every technology or communicate a legally recognized opt-out choice.
5. Map content, if displayed
If a Google map is displayed on the Contact page, it loads directly from Google when the map appears. Your browser may send Google a request containing your IP address, browser and device information, and the map query. You do not need to click the map for this request to occur. Google handles the request under its own terms and privacy information. You can contact Ayauro by email or use the mailing address on the Contact page without using the map.
6. How we share information
We share information with Shopify and service providers as needed to operate the store, process payments, deliver orders, provide support, maintain security, and perform services described above. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a business reorganization.
If optional advertising technologies are used, information may be disclosed to advertising or analytics partners. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be called a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information. Review the available choices on the store’s Your Privacy Choices page. Closing a cookie banner does not necessarily mean every optional technology is disabled.
7. U.S. state privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to applicable limits. Other state laws may provide similar rights, and some laws address sensitive information, profiling, or appeals. The rights, verification rules, and exceptions vary by state and request.
Use the store’s Your Privacy Choices page to review the available browser and advertising opt-out choices. Where required by applicable law, we will process a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it. You may also email support@ayauro.com to submit an applicable privacy request. Include “Privacy Request” in the subject and identify the right you want to exercise.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate records. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law; we may verify the agent's authority and the consumer's identity. We will respond within the period required by the law applicable to the request and will explain any permitted extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we deny a request and the law that applies gives you a right to appeal, you may reply to our decision using the appeal instructions in our response or email support@ayauro.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will review the appeal and respond within the period required by that law.
8. Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including completing transactions, providing support, maintaining tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children and international processing
This store is intended for adults making purchases for personal or household use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the request.
Shopify and service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Information is handled subject to the safeguards and requirements applicable to the service and transfer.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this supplement to reflect changes in the store, service providers, or legal requirements. The updated date appears at the top of this page. For a privacy question or request, email support@ayauro.com.
